Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary

Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary is short drive from the Hobart CBD. It’s a great way to get up close and see native wildlife so close to town. They offer free entry to wheelchair users and also honour companion cards. Its open 7 days a week including most public holidays.

Wheelies comments – The top half of the Sanctuary is accessible in a chair. The gravel is well compacted and wide enough for all wheelchairs. Some gradients do change therefore some wheelchair users may require assistance. There is a accessible toilet available on site. Level entry to the gift shop is available at the rear of the building. Disabled parking is onsite with level entry  into the sanctuary.
